Enterprise Account Executive, San Francisco

AI Infrastructure (Series B)

LOCATION: Remote, San Francisco Bay Area
COMPENSATION: $300k–$350k OTE + Equity
ACCOUNT MANAGER:
Niall Simpson

The Role

We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure company hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to help grow one of its most strategic regions across the San Francisco Bay Area.

The company is building the data retrieval layer powering modern AI applications. As enterprises move AI projects from proof-of-concept into production, they’re running into major challenges around search, scale, latency and unstructured data retrieval.

That’s where this platform lands.

Their technology enables organisations to search data based on meaning rather than keywords, powering AI applications, copilots, agents and large-scale retrieval systems in real time.

The company has already built strong enterprise traction, with customers and target accounts across major AI-native and enterprise organisations. Revenue has grown rapidly, the team is scaling internationally, and the sales motion is heavily tied to real production AI challenges rather than AI hype.

This role is built for someone comfortable leading strategic enterprise sales cycles with highly technical buyers and complex environments.
